3-确保最终产品按照技术表上的所有说明进行良好包装：标签、附件、装箱以及客户的要求
3-make sure the final products are very well packed following all instruction written on technical sheets: labelling, accessories, boxing cath the requests from customer
4-确保生产活动的开展，重点是根据形式发票满足交付计划，尊重每日生产计划，尊重每一步的时间安排工作，按照生产经理的指示提高每个工人的生产率
4、assure the production activity is carry out with the focus on meet delivery plans according to the Proforma Invoice and respect the daily production plane and respect the timing job for each step increasing the productivity for each worker following the instructions from production manager
5-控制产品质量，降低返工率；会得到QC团队和生产经理的支持
5- Control product quality and reduce rework rate; every day the supervisor we'll be supported by QC team and production manager
6-跟踪所有转移到本车间的物料
6- follow and track all sections moved in department
7-向出口办公室提供所有规格，以便安排装运
7- give all specifications to Export office for to arrange the shipments
8-安排工人装卸货物
8- arrange the workers for to load and unload the goods
9-确保所有工人遵守内部规定和工作程序
9- make sure that all workers complies with internal regulations and work procedures
10-处理生产中的问题或异常情况，包括生产、质量、设备故障、操作人员流动等。
10- Deal with the problems in production or abnormal situation include production、quality、equipment breakdown、operators turnover ,etc.
11控制各部门所有员工的工作时间和出勤率，安排部门实现公司制定的目标
11-Control working time and attendance of all employees on all department, arrange the department to cath the TARGET established by the Company
12-进行未遂事故管理，确保所有员工在安全环境中工作，所有材料和设备处于正常状态。 12- Do near-miss management to ensure that all employee work in a safe environment and all material and equipments are in normal situation.
